Email PageNon-Annex I Parties are required to submit their first NC within three years of entering the Convention, and every four years thereafter. The NCs shall be prepared in accordance with the guidelines contained in decision 2/CP.17. All participating Parties’ submissions are reported and can be found on the UNFCC website.
