Reorienting emissions research to catalyse African agricultural development

Authors argue that improving agricultural activity data is a cost-effective option that will reduce uncertainty in greenhouse gas inventories and mitigation target monitoring. High-quality activity data would also help to meet multiple national data needs and attract investments.
