This synthesis report reviews and summarizes available (as of 2014) frameworks, tools and approaches for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of adaptation and resilience. Also provides a short analysis of the ‘state of play’ of adaptation and resilience M&E guidance, identifying key themes and reflecting upon gaps and future priorities. Can help development practitioners and M&E professionals quickly identifying existing guidance documents that may be useful. Not specific to agriculture.
