Email PageThis document introduces the a GHG MRV Harmonization approach developed by the USAID Resources to Advance LEDS Implementation (RALI) project. Countries can apply the harmonization framework in order to bridge the gap between project level mitigation reporting and national inventories. The Harmonization Approach defines six steps that summarize the harmonization process.
